Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to lead end-to-end onboarding for high-volume hires across diverse job families, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a consistent candidate experience.

You will coordinate pre-employment processes, manage I-9 and E-Verify, collaborate with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, IT, and hiring managers, and serve as a primary contact for new associates through hire date at MLH.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Preferred - Associate degree in Business Administration.
• Preferred - Associate degree in Human Resources.
• 1-3 years clerical experience in HR/recruiting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding processes for high-volume hiring across diverse job families, ensuring compliance and a consistent candidate experience.
• Maintain onboarding tracker and provide updates on documentation and scheduling.
• Manage pre-employment documentation including offer letters, I-9s, and policy acknowledgments.
• Complete I-9 verification and E-Verify cases and troubleshoot access issues.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, IT, and hiring managers to streamline onboarding logistics.
