Responsibilities

• Acts as the technical expert by providing technical support and services to payroll and benefits administration.
• Manages the development and preparation of training materials and guides for Payroll and coordinates timekeeping training for associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Acts as a consultant and provides technical advice and support to the Payroll Department and other HR related areas. This position is responsible for documenting and testing system changes and training HR Associates on timekeeping processes. Additionally, the HRIS Consultant is a Workday super‑user in the area of Payroll and Benefits and troubleshoots system issues. What you will do

Supervision Provided by this Position

There are no supervisory or lead responsibilities associated with this position.

Physical Demands

The physical activities of this position may include climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion. Must have good balance and coordination. The physical requirements of this position are: light work - exerting up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently. The Associate is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity, such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; or extensive reading.
