Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Valid state Occupational Therapy Assistant license.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation and Occupational Therapist; assist in initial evaluations.
• Implement treatment for patients per the plan of care.
• Document and bill in compliance with guidelines.
• Maintain patient-centered interactions with patients and staff.
• Supervise rehabilitation technicians during therapy sessions.
• Participate in utilization review and care conferences as directed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report progress promptly.
• Protect confidentiality of patient information.
• Perform duties ethically, legally and professionally.
