Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' OT needs and plan individualized treatment.
• Collaborate with treatment team and patient/family to establish goals.
• Document patients' status, progress notes, and discharge planning per policy.
• Provide patient and family education on OT procedures and equipment.
• Support program operations and meet productivity expectations.
• Supervise/teach OT students and participate in program development and research.
