• Assesses body mechanics and uses safe transfer techniques.
• Educates patients, families, and other health care providers.
• Evaluates clinical findings to determine OT diagnoses and outcomes.
• Documents evaluations and plans per policy including goals and responses.
• Provides supervision to COTA and rehab technicians.
• Collaborates with the medical team for discharge planning.
