Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow established occupational treatment plans focused on activities of daily living.
• Establish, assess, and modify functional, measurable goals for patients.
• Oversee care provided by OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students; document timely.
• Maintain accurate charting and utilize therapy software appropriately.
• Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate on an interdisciplinary team.
• Promote safety, patient rights, and compliance with policies and procedures.
