Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan and implement OT services for in-patients and outpatients referred for therapy at Auburn Medical Center.

You will apply service orientation, clinical judgment, and collaborative care to ensure comprehensive OT for patients, with opportunities to work in a dynamic, team-based environment in Auburn, WA. State OT license in Washington and 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Washington State Occupational Therapist license required.
• Minimum one year of previous experience in occupational therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform well in stress and emergency situations.
• Perform patient evaluations/re-evaluations, establish a treatment plan, and modify the treatment plan according to the needs of the patient and response to treatment.
• Perform treatment interventions for outpatient and/or inpatient population as directed.
• Documentation in the medical record that is timely and accurate.
• Communicate well with patients, peers, other health professionals in the coordination of care for the patients.
