Job summary

Flagship Therapy in Greenville, FL is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for our in-house rehab program. This full-time role involves screening, evaluating, and delivering rehabilitative care to patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care, in accordance with regulatory and clinical standards.

You will participate in discharge planning, provide counseling to patients and families, and collaborate with the care team within our geriatric-focused network.

Qualifications

• OT license is required.
• New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care and develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitation interventions in line with regulatory and clinical standards.
• Assist with standing, walking, lifting, transferring, and repositioning as required by patient care needs.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, therapies, and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries ensuring regulatory and clinical compliance.
