You will also guide others in delivering effective patient care and play a key role in discharge planning to ensure safe, smooth transitions for patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Washington OT License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and supervises occupational therapy services.
• Evaluates patients and develops individualized plans of care to maximize functional outcomes.
• Implements plans of care and reassesses treatment results.
