Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist in Michigan to help clients of all ages overcome daily living challenges through therapeutic interventions.

You will assess needs, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes. A state license and 2+ years of clinical experience are required, with a 35-hour work week and hourly pay of $35–$44.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state OT license or certification.
• Minimum 2 years in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and psychologists for integrated care.
• Monitor progress and modify plans as needed.
• Educate clients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Adhere to ethical and professional OT standards.
