Mercy in Granite City, IL is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive patient care across acute, rehab, outpatient, home health, and long-term care settings. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with physicians and staff to deliver evidence-based therapy.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited OT program, state licensure, CPR certification, and at least one year of relevant experience; two years in acute or home care

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited OT program is required.
• Current state OT license is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in acute, rehab, outpatient, home health or long-term care setting.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills; good communication and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Schedule patient visits independently and coordinate with office staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, hospital staff, and the care team to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety; lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
