Job summary

Orlando Health Sebastian River Hospital is seeking a Nursing Assistant to perform patient care under LPN/RN supervision at our 178-bed facility along Florida’s Treasure Coast. You will assist with hygiene, mobility and daily needs, while maintaining safety, privacy, and a clean environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and a CNA/Nursing Assistant program, Florida CNA or LPN licensure, plus current BLS. We value teamwork and compassionate service to patients and families.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• State certification as Nursing Assistant or CNA, or related nursing licensure.
• Current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with hygiene, mobility, hydration, elimination, and nutrition.
• Provides routine treatments and maintains a safe, clean patient environment.
• Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Transports and delivers items and supplies throughout the facility.
• Participates in handoff reports and hourly rounding.
• Completes mandatory training and attends meetings as required.
