Texana Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to develop client relationships, assess borrower needs, and guide applicants through the loan process. You will ensure customer satisfaction while complying with internal policies and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities include originating loans, collecting financial information, presenting loan options, and collaborating with processors and underwriters to close loans efficiently.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Valid NMLS license as required by state and federal regulations.
• Prior mortgage lending or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Originate mortgage loans following company guidelines and lending regulations.
• Interview borrowers to gather financial information and assess eligibility.
