Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations for middle school sports programs (practices, games, clinics, tournaments).
• Provide direction and on-site supervision to coaches, officials, volunteers, and staff.
• Monitor sites for safety, timeliness, and policy compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for participants, parents, coaches, and the public.
• Report incidents, attendance, schedules, equipment inventories, and program updates.
• Promote inclusive, sportsmanship-centered environments for diverse groups.
• Inspect facilities and equipment; report maintenance needs promptly.
• Support program evaluation and implement improvements.
