Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all state, federal, and local laws, policies, and procedures.
• Implement the NC Standard Course of Study and district curriculum framework.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet student needs and goals.
• Assess student progress, maintain records, and provide feedback.
• Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress and needs.
• Attend PLCs and staff meetings for data analysis and planning.
• Ensure a safe, respectful classroom environment and manage behavior.
