Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all state, federal, and local laws, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a classroom environment and fair discipline.
• Plan and implement a program of study in the assigned content area.
• Instruct students individually and in groups using various teaching methods.
• Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to assess progress.
• Observe and assess students' performance, behavior, and development.
• Meet with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and needs.
• Attend PLCs and professional development for instructional planning and data analysis.
