Academies of Math and Science – Nellis Campus is seeking a passionate Middle School Math Teacher to deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction and develop students’ mathematical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

The ideal candidate will use data to inform instruction, differentiate for varied learners, and contribute to a collaborative teaching culture in a Title I setting. Start date Summer 2026; full-time, on-site position in Las Vegas, NV.

Qualifications

• Requires Nevada teaching license (NDE) and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field.
• Ability to manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment.
• Commitment to serving Title I and multilingual learner communities.
• Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven instruction.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and instructional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned mathematics instruction.
