Qualifications

• Ability to teach fundamentals and game rules to middle school athletes.
• Strong communication with students, parents and staff.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Coach middle school basketball, meeting duties set by the Principal and Athletic Director.
• Communicate with principal, athletic director and parents about progress and needs.
• Determine athlete academic eligibility and safety conditions of facilities.
• supervise practices and contests, ensuring discipline and sportsmanship.
• Perform other duties as required by administration.
