The successful candidate will bring energy and teamwork, with ability to manage design deliverables and coordinate with construction partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil engineering design experience in site development or related industries.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain PE license is expected.

Responsibilities

• Independently evaluate, select and apply engineering techniques for site development projects.
• Develop site designs including analysis, calculations, material selection, and layout.
• Execute final design of grading, hydraulics, roadway and site elements.
• Oversee creation of surface models using Civil3D or similar software.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
• Develop preliminary design concepts to support cost estimating.
• Attend project meetings and resolve design issues.
