Job summary

OceanView Memory Care is seeking a Program Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight for the Legacy Memory Care community. This role focuses on creating an exceptional experience for residents, families, and staff through dementia programming, staff development, and cross-department collaboration.

The Program Manager will build trusted relationships with residents and families, monitor satisfaction, and ensure person-centered programming aligned with each resident’s history,

Qualifications

Two years of experience in geriatrics, dementia care, or memory care settings.
Two years of supervisory/management experience.
Knowledge of dementia care and person-centered programming.
Ability to lead, motivate, and hold staff accountable.
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Provide visible, consistent leadership to the Legacy team.
Develop, implement, and evaluate meaningful dementia programming.
Monitor resident and family satisfaction and respond to concerns.
Collaborate with nursing leadership and direct-care staff to support resident care.
Oversee staffing coordination and staff development and training.
Ensure regulatory compliance and budget oversight.
