Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Medical Technology is required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician.
• ASCP certification required; AMT/AAB and state board preferred.
• Proficient in routine testing and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and appropriate testing of specimens according to established protocols.
• Report test results in a timely manner following laboratory protocols.
• Follow procedures for quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Manage resources including productivity, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient workflows.
• Perform other job functions as assigned or requested.
