You will assess financial and managerial condition, analyze regulatory factors, and escalate concerns when needed. You will serve as a subject matter expert, presenting summaries, collaborating with internal teams and external regulators, and contributing to System M&A initiatives while advancing the Bank's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business administration or similar fields.
• 7 years' related experience in financial analysis or banking/regulatory roles.
• Specialized knowledge of M&A activities, banking regulations, and accounting guidance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize information.
• Willingness to travel (5%).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple filings from intake to final disposition.
• Evaluate proposals against statutory factors and regulatory considerations.
• Prepare thorough summaries and analyses with clear recommendations.
• Present case summaries to internal stakeholders and Federal Reserve Board staff.
• Collaborate with safety, consumer affairs, legal, and external regulators.
