Job summary

Nebraska Methodist Health System in Omaha, NE is seeking a Lung Cancer Screening Coordinator to support day-to-day operations of the Methodist Lung Cancer Screening Program. Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Nurse Aide Registry or Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients to educate on screening and smoking cessation.
• Coordinate screening exams and maintain records per protocols.
• Prepare data submissions per ACR/Screening standards.
• Retrieve/assemble patient records to meet standards.
• Utilize Lung Screening Registry and EMR for data retrieval and communication.
