Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our trusted LTAC partners in Winters, TX. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and monitor patient progress, medications, and treatments.

Requirements include an active RN license, 1+ year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience, BLS (ACLS within 90 days), and strong clinical judgment with compassionate

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing.
1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, document findings.
Educate patients and families, advocate for long-term health and recovery.
Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
