Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• 2 They will coordinate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to plan care.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, document findings.
• Educate patients and families and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards and regulatory guidelines.
