Job summary
CVS Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Minnesota, Saint Paul. You will deliver high-quality patient care, administer medications, and support care teams in a busy clinical setting.
Responsibilities include assessing patients, administering oral, injectable, and IV medications, documenting in electronic health records, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and safety.
Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in good standing
- NCLEX-PN must be successfully completed
- Experience with phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing
- Proficiency with EMR systems; Epic preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and administer treatments and medications
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
- Administer oral, injectable, IV, and topical medications
- Document treatment responses and vital signs accurately
- Coordinate patient access to resources and disease management support
- Conduct medication reviews for safety and interactions
- Maintain comprehensive medical history in electronic records
