Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a qualified nurse to provide skilled nursing services in patients’ homes in Alabama. You will educate patients and families, coordinate with the health care team, and implement the physician’s plan of care.

A valid nursing license and CPR certification are required, with at least one year of nursing experience; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education and licensed in the state where practicing.
• Must have CPR certification.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed nurse.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing services to patients in the home per physician’s orders and plan of care.
• Teach patient and family members and other health care team members.
• Follow the established plan of care and adjust as needed within scope of practice.
