Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a registered nurse to provide skilled nursing in home health and hospice settings across Alabama. You will deliver patient-centered care, teach patients and families, and follow physician orders and the established plan of care.

Requirements include graduation from an approved school of clinical education, current state RN license, at least one year of nursing experience, and basic technology skills including use of a mobile device.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed nurse.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
