Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Minimum age 18 with supervised clinical experience or 400 hours as LPN.
• Current unencumbered LPN license with state board privileges.
• Annual CEU and competency training required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision.
• Assess residents and administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care and meds.
