Job summary

Qualifications

• ISBE license or Substitute/Paraprofessional credentials.
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction aligned to lesson plans and district curriculum.
• Communicate progress with parents and collaborate with staff.
• Maintain safe, orderly classroom and enforce school rules.
• Take attendance and complete grade documentation as required.
• Familiarize with grade level, student needs (IEPs/504s) for smooth transitions.
• Supervise students during class, transitions, lunch, and recess.
