Job summary

The Oxford Hills School District is seeking candidates for a Functional Life Skills Ed Tech II at The Oxford Elementary School in Oxford, ME to support students in PreK-6 within our FSL/Autism program. Successful candidates will be compassionate professionals who believe all children can learn at high levels.

The role reports to the Building Principal/Director of Student Services and offers a 178-day school year with hourly pay ranging from $19.29 to $29.20, plus a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

Background in PBIS, the workshop model, and an intentional commitment to student engagement.
Must be able to build positive relationships with students and work well as part of a team.
Experience with students with mental health and behavioral concerns is preferred.
Strong academic skills with students are also preferred.

Responsibilities

Support Functional Life Skills and autism program in the Oxford Elementary School.
Collaborate with staff to implement instructional strategies and behavior supports.
Report to Building Principal/Director of Student Services and participate as a team member.
