Job summary

The Oxford Hills School District is seeking candidates for a Functional Life Skills Ed Tech II at The Oxford Elementary School in Oxford, ME to support students in PreK-6 within our FSL/Autism program. Successful candidates will be compassionate professionals who believe all children can learn at high levels.

The role reports to the Building Principal/Director of Student Services and offers a 178-day school year with hourly pay ranging from $19.29 to $29.20, plus a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Background in PBIS, the workshop model, and an intentional commitment to student engagement.
• Must be able to build positive relationships with students and work well as part of a team.
• Experience with students with mental health and behavioral concerns is preferred.
• Strong academic skills with students are also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Functional Life Skills and autism program in the Oxford Elementary School.
• Collaborate with staff to implement instructional strategies and behavior supports.

The Oxford Hills School District is seeking excellent candidates for the position of a Functional Life Skills Ed Tech II at The Oxford Elementary School in Oxford, ME. There are multiple positions within our FSL/Autism program.

Oxford Elementary School serves approximately 350 students in grades PreK - 6. The successful candidate will be a compassionate professional who believes that all children can learn at high levels. A background in PBIS, the workshop model and an intentional commitment to student engagement is a plus.

Terms of Employment School Year 178 day position - Hourly rate from $19.29 - $29.20 per hour dependent on experience; position is under the Oxford Hills Educational Associaiton Unit for Ed Techs IIs & IIIs which can be viewed here.
