Job summary

Thornbury Community Services in Colchester is seeking a Support Worker within Mental Health Services or Learning Disability Services. You will deliver person-centred care in clients' homes, help people live safely and pursue meaningful community activities.

You will build trusting, lasting relationships with those you support, maintain safety and carry out risk awareness, and apply PBS standards within services.

Qualifications

• 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting.
• Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.
• Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.
• Strong personal values and ethical standards.
• Dedication, commitment and stability.
• A genuine desire to build lasting relationships and make a positive impact.
