Job summary

As a Continuous Improvement Intern, you will support the Arden Production System implementation through individual tasks and small projects, collaborating with

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering) with focus on Lean/CI.
• Strong problem solving, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to coordinate meetings.
• Experience in cross-functional teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Arden Plant Digitization Project and related planning activities.
• Contribute to Project Management, Industrial Engineering, and Lean/CI elements.
• Interface with cross functional teams including Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, IT and Finance.
• Lead time-study programs to support yearly time and cost standards for production lines.
• Execute PDCA cycles and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Perform 5S+ activities, standard work development, KPI analysis and visual presentation.
