Henderson County Rural Health Center DBA Eagle View Community Health System seeks a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) to provide evidence-based substance use counseling within an integrated care setting. You will work with medical and behavioral health teams to deliver trauma-informed care and support recovery.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, counseling (individual/family/group), crisis intervention, and care coordination with MAT and community resources.

Qualifications

• MSW is required from an accredited program.
• Illinois LCSW license is required.
• CADC or substance use treatment experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of behavioral health or substance use counseling preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct biopsychosocial and substance use assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling for substance use and recovery.
• Coordinate referrals to MAT, inpatient/outpatient care, and community resources.
• Maintain confidential clinical documentation in the EHR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
