Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research legal topics related to assigned cases.
• Reads, analyzes, and interprets case law, statutes, and briefs.
• Prepares drafts of opinions, orders, and memoranda.
• Assists other administrative staff for overflow and during absences.
• Performs special assignments as directed.
• Administrative duties may include answering phones and welcoming visitors.
