Qualifications

• Current licensure as Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in Minnesota.
• For adolescent treatment, 30 hours of adolescent development coursework and at least 150 hours of supervised experience.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling in Chemical Health Outpatient Services (individual and group).
• Conduct client intakes, assessments, and develop treatment plans.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and document thoroughly.
• Coordinate aftercare planning and support long‑term recovery goals.
• Manage client funding and ensure timely billing.
• Assist with emergent/overflow chemical health assessments when needed.
