Qualifications

• Must have high-level technical skill in laboratory operations and a strong understanding of related business.
• Experience with Product Quality, Quality Control Lab Operation, and Regulatory requirements is required.
• Ability to work independently to meet operational goals and business needs.
• Ability to develop and manage complex research programs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large team of lab supervisors and analysts, hiring and coaching to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with government and corporate regulations, and engage with regulators and customers as needed.
• Direct budget planning and resource allocation to meet production objectives.
• Conceive and execute projects aligned with strategic business needs and timelines.
• Provide timely testing and validation across in-process, raw materials, intermediates, API, and finished goods.
