Job summary
Cooperative Home Care in Foristell, MO is hiring Level One Medication Aides to administer medications, assist with daily living activities, and support clients in their homes. You will work with a caring team committed to safe, compassionate care.
Candidates must hold a current L1MA certification, have reliable transportation, and demonstrate strong communication and documentation skills. EVV verification device required; weekly pay and flexible schedules are available.
Qualifications
- Must hold current Level One Medication Aide (L1MA) certification.
- Feeding Tube experience preferred.
- CNA or caregiving experience preferred.
- Knowledge of safe medication administration practices.
- Reliable transportation.
- Device required for EVV verification.
- Compassionate, dependable and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed, in accordance with state guidelines and company policy
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Maintain accurate documentation of care and medication administration
- Provide companionship and support to clients in their homes
- Communicate effectively with the care team and supervisors
