Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a full-time Career Coach to run life-skills workshops for K-8 students using AI-powered tools. You will deliver motivation sessions and coaching, guiding each student toward 100% weekly app goals with Coachbot analytics and Alpha incentives.

You will adapt the curriculum for a wide age range, maintain high standards, and support students across on-site campuses with relocation assistance. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years working with K-8 learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject
• At least 3 years working directly with K-8 students
• Comfortable letting adaptive learning software deliver instruction while you coach
• Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts on public speaking, focus, and feedback
• Lead daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions to push students to 100% of weekly app goals
• Administer the Test2Pass mastery assessment for each life skill and re-coach until mastery
• Adapt the workshop playbook to suit different ages, from kindergartener to 8th grade
• Be the adult who sets and upholds high standards for students
