Gray-New Gloucester Russell School (MSAD15 district) is seeking a dynamic and collaborative professional to join our hard‑working K‑2 educators as a Permanent School‑Year Substitute. Qualifications

• Current State of Maine Department of Education Criminal History Record Check.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong classroom management skills; ability to be flexible and problem‑solve.
• Experience in K‑2 education is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for K‑2 staff members (teachers, educational technology specialists, and secretary) during absences.
