Chimes is seeking a compassionate Job Coach / Employment Support Specialist to provide individualized coaching, skill development, and ongoing supports to employees with disabilities. You will partner with employees, supervisors, families, and managers to help individuals perform their job duties, reach personal goals, and maintain program quality.

• Experience providing coaching to individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to document supports and comply with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching and skills training to employees with disabilities.
• Observe performance and suggest accommodations or training.
• Meet with employees and supervisors to review goals and progress.
• Assist with advancement, training, or job changes as appropriate.
