Job summary

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and follow-through are essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficient computer skills; MS Word and Excel are expected.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of confidentiality requirements.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Sits up to four hours at a time and can lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide job development, job placement, training, and coaching.
• Deliver career skills and life skills training.
• Offer systematic instruction on work tasks with fading support.
• Foster natural support relationships between employer and employee.
• Market services to referral sources and maintain pipelines.
• Support families in maintaining employment goals.
• Collaborate with adult service agencies and community groups.
• Represent customer needs to supervisors and teammates.
• Provide consumer status updates to agencies and management.
• Maintain extensive documentation in electronic systems, emails, and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
