Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associates preferred.
• Experience in rehabilitation or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• CPR and crisis intervention training is required.
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years driving experience and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients to match employment interests with skills.
• Assist clients with resumes and interview preparation.
• Lead team development and review client service plans.
• Provide on-the-job training with milestones and progress tracking.
• Support client interpersonal and soft skills development.
• Develop employer relationships to secure real-work employment.
• Plan for client transportation and travel training.
• Transport clients in agency vehicles as needed.
• Maintain client records and program documentation.
