Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of IEPs, ETRs and IATs and ability to maintain student records with accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, parents and administrators.
• Ability to implement individualized instruction and adapt curriculum to diverse learning needs.
• Proficient with technology to support instruction and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day student supervision, safety, and well-being.
• Implement IEP goals and provisions in collaboration with teachers and staff.
• Coordinate with parents and administrators to facilitate the IEP process.
• Ensure compliance with special education laws, policies, and Ohio rules.
• Create a supportive, inclusive learning environment and monitor progress.
