Excellent communication and ability to build relationships with staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between governing body and facility personnel.
Ensure compliance with Federal, State and company regulations and policies.
Uphold high ethical standards in practices and policies.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality standards of care and services.
Recruit and retain quality, service-oriented personnel.
Represent the Center in the community at large.
Contribute to development and implementation of long-term company goals.
