Job summary
Ingham Intermediate School District is seeking an Instructor for Business & Risk Management at the Wilson Talent Center in Mason, MI. The role focuses on delivering a comprehensive program of study to prepare students for careers in the Insurance industry.
The instructor will recruit students, provide high-quality classroom and lab instruction, help students set training goals, and teach various levels of business and risk management.
Qualifications
- Possess or eligible for Career Technical Education Certification in Insurance (CIP 52.1701).
- 4000 hours of recent and relevant work experience in the Insurance career field.
- Extensive knowledge of the Insurance industry and all related job titles.
- Bachelor's Degree in Insurance/Risk Management or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment of students for the Wilson Talent Center programs.
- Provide high quality instruction/lessons in classroom and lab settings that helps students develop the skills, knowledge, and work habits required for employment and future learning in the Insurance industry.
- Assist students to select appropriate training goals.
- Instruct students in various levels of business and risk management.
