Job summary

HCA Healthcare's St. David's Georgetown Hospital in Texas seeks an Inpatient Rehab Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).

You will help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence after illness or injury during typical 2–3 week stays within a collaborative rehab team. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with ADLs, document progress, educate patients and families, and coordinate care with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver high-quality, individualized

Qualifications

• BLS certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of start date
• LPN/LVN license required
• Graduation from vocational nursing program required

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments, monitor responses, and report changes promptly
• Assist with mobility, transfers and ADLs to support therapy goals
• Monitor vital signs and neurological status and respond to changes
• Document progress and functional ability to guide care planning
• Educate patients and families about recovery milestones, safety and self-care
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver high-quality care
