Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN to deliver patient-centered nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will provide bedside care, administer medications, monitor progress, and support individualized rehab plans under RN and physician direction.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safe recovery, educate patients and families, and contribute to a nurturing, high-quality care environment with strong clinical support and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• Experience in inpatient or rehab settings preferred.
• Ability to administer medications and monitor patient progress.
• Strong communication with RN, physicians, and families.

Responsibilities
