Qualifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support) must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• RN license/registration required.
• Associate Degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift.
• Perform procedures and document care in medical records.
• respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to develop a holistic treatment plan.
• Serve as interface between healthcare providers and community support for ongoing care.
